The building, constructed in 2018, offers units with a functional design and plenty of natural light: Lofts: Ideal for couples, with a fitted kitchen and full bathroom.

1-bedroom apartments: Accommodating 2–4 people, including a sofa bed in the living room. 2-bedroom duplex apartments: Accommodating up to 6 people, featuring a terrace with views of the Alcazaba. 

Facilities: Kitchen: Kitchens equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, ceramic hob and full range of kitchenware. Internet: Free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the premises. Pets: Dogs are permitted on request at an additional cost

Key collection: Reception is not located in the same building as the apartments. Keys must be collected from a hotel in the chain situated some distance away. Deposit: A deposit per apartment is required on arrival.
